If you are a current SkyMagik Internet Services customer
and you experience a problem with your service, you have
several choices available:
Online Help
- Non-critical issues: general help, etc... send an email
to techsupport (at) skymagik dot net
- Critical issues: your website is down, etc... please go
to http://www.skymagik.net/page_support.html and send us
a brief description of the problem. This will notify our
staff right away of a critical issue.
- FAQ's and HowTo's: not available yet.
Phone Help
- If you purchased phone support, please call the phone
number which was provided to you.
- When you call, be prepared to provide your account/username
and a brief description of the problem.
